Convergence Research (CORE) Fellows Program

  • Designed to catalyze an impact network of researchers, practitioners, and industry and public policy professionals committed to collaboratively engaging in convergence research that is driven by a specific and compelling societal problem and requires deep integration across disciplines and sectors.
  • Provides researchers and practitioners with a foundational experience to position them for impact throughout their careers on the most challenging societal issues of our time.
  • Each year, the CORE Institute selects a thematic focus related to a societal grand challenge. The theme for 2024 is "Leveraging Data and Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Regional Food Systems."

Cyberinfrastructure Professional (CIP) Fellows Program

ICICLE Educational Fellows Program

  • Fellows will receive a stipend of $6000 as well as expense-paid travel to the cohort building orientation and to the ICICLE All Hands meeting.
  • Those from populations and institutions traditionally underrepresented in research computing, as well as those interested in developing skills and/or positing research questions using AI-enabled cyberinfrastructure and knowledge systems to support increased resiliency of food systems, are strongly encouraged to apply.
