EBI Bioinformatics Two-Day Training Workshop

About the Workshop:
The European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) will conduct a two day hands-on training at the San Diego Supercomputer Center at UCSD, June 15-16, 2006, covering the use of EMBL-EBI databases and tools. Courses and tutorials will be given on the effective use of protein, microarray and genomic databases and open source software, including Uniprot, InterPro, IntAct, PRIDE, Ensemble, ArrayExpress, BioMart and EMBOSS.

Six EBI staff will be on hand for this unique event to conduct the training.
