Applications

SDSC provides a wide range of software applications installed on the production computing platforms. Ranging from finite element codes to state-of-the-art visualization packages, these applications are available to all researchers with computing allocations at SDSC.

Software Listings

The XSEDE software repository (search by site "SDSC") provides descriptions and documentation for all packages supported on SDSC's National HPC systems via a searchable and sortable database.

• Expanse Software Packages
• TSCC Software Packages
  The TSCC runs CentOS version 7.3. PGI and Intel compilers are available, as are mvapich2 and openmpi. Over 50 additional software applications and libraries are installed on the system, and system administrators regularly work with researchers to extend this set as time/costs allow.
